Worlds Youngest Karate Black belt Varsha Vinod in London

Varsha's timetable is too busy to visit us at the club. Arrangements are being made for a radio interview  at the London Fight Factory at 11.00am. This venue is used for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu dojo

Visit from Worlds Youngest Black Belt Karate Kid

At just five years old, Varsha Vinod has become the worlds youngest black belt. Varsha  is from Alapuzzha, India and has been flown to the UK by Taylor Herring a public relations company based in London W10 6JG to help promote a computer game titled  Mini Ninjas for the Wii and X-box.

 

Varsha is a student of KoInChi Academy of Martial Arts has been training since she was two years old. She trains for two and a half hours a day and already knows fifteen Kata.

 

During her trip she will possibly be visiting the Young Tigers  Enfield karate club for children in London on Wednesday 30 September 2009 at 5.30 to 6.30.

Forthcoming Film Kung Fu Kid 2010

The film karate kid (1984) is to be remade. Jackie Chan is to play a character like Mr Miyagi from the Karate kid. We have collected some links about the film The Kung Fu kid here.
