Here are some details that we have about the self defence course

Dear All
 
I have been asked if lower grades can attend the self defence class on Sat 4.4.09. 
 
Sensei has said yes they can, as long as they are going to be able to benefit from it.  It may not be suitable for beginners or very young junior grades, but may be useful to many who are not yet brown belt. 
 
Starting at 2.30pn to 5.00 pm cost £15 per adult, £10 per junior
 
Again a reminder can I have your clubs licences if you haven't already sent them off.
